Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Travel

TRAVEL TEAMS INVOLUNTARY REASONS (sickness, injury, relocation - proof required): FULL REFUND OF DEPOSIT before start of the season. Afterwards, prorate the season fee based on the # of weeks played. A 5% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. VOLUNTARY REASONS: (not interested anymore, accepted position with other team, scheduling conflict): NO REFUND of deposit when accepting offer.
